Description
Restores a password for encrypted single file system if control answer is valid.
RestorePasswordByControlAnswer returns True if the answer for a given control question is correct. Then the Password parameter contains restored password.
If the answer is not correct, the function returns False.
Note:
Use this function to provide user a possibility to restore password if he / she forgot it, but remembers an answer to a control question.
